La Famosa VoiceA Little Bit About Me

Before I reported traffic from a small aircraft in Chicago for WMAQ, before I spun records on WOJO - yes records and just about the time I worked with Bozo the Clown as his on-cam assistant, a couple of college buddies started calling me La Famosa. It means "the famous one" in Spanish, but if you know me you know I am not full of myself…I am just using what I've got; a name I am familiar with and my voice! I humbly share this term of endearment and have added "voice" to the back-end to let everyone know that I am, in fact am using my voice to narrate a story in a documentary, to introduce an upcoming TV show, to train your employees, to announce news via your pod-casts, make live V.O.G. announcements at your next meeting or convention and maybe your bank or company has me taking calls via their telephone service!

I am Marlyn Gutiérrez… an experienced and professional female voice artist with extensive experience in radio and television broadcasting and voice-over work.

I am available for all of your voice-over needs which includes, but is not limited to all the above! I am 100 percent proficient in English and Spanish and am skilled in various delivery styles, adaptable, and take direction very well. I am open to challenges!

My ultimate goal in this medium is to use my voice for movie dubs or animated shows.

My resume is available upon request. If I may be of service to you, by all means please contact me and I would love to share my voice. I also have a small group of voice talent friends that may also be of interest to your production needs.
